Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal and Cancellation Up to 48 hours before the start of the course: withdrawal is possible free of charge, no cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee is due as a cancellation fee. On the day of the course or later: 100% of the course fee is due. Substitute participants are not permitted.
